Congratulations to Tomoki Yoshida for winning a Polymer Chemistry poster prize at the International Conference on the Innovation in Polymer Science and Technology 2011 (IPST2011). His winning poster titled “Extraction of Hemicelluloses from Corn Pericarp by the NaOH-Urea Solvent System” was selected by the judges and awarded by Edy Giri Rachman Putra.
Tomoki Yoshida is a PhD student working in the group of Professor J. Azuma, Graduate School of Agriculture, Kyoto University, Japan. IPST2011 was held in Bali, Indonesia, November 28 – December 1, 2011.
