Meet our Associate Editor, Heidi Mansour

We are delighted to introduce you to our new RSC Pharmaceutics Associate Editor, Professor Heidi Mansour.

Professor Mansour is currently a Professor and Program Leader of Drug Discovery and Delivery at the Florida International University (FIU) Center for Translational Science located in Port Saint Lucie, Florida, on the beautiful Treasure Coast.

As an Associate Editor, I am delighted and honored to be a part of the expert team that serves the newly launched RSC Pharmaceutics. Having published in RSC journals, I am excited to promote this premier journal to our peers and scientific community. I look forward to RSC Pharmaceutics being a leading journal in the field.”

Meet our Associate Editor, Assaf Zinger

We are delighted to introduce you to our new RSC Pharmaceutics Associate Editor Assaf Zinger.

Dr. Assaf Zinger is a leading researcher and educator specializing in nanomedicine and engineering. He is currently an Assistant Professor at the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology and an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the Houston Methodist Academic Institute in Texas, USA. Dr. Zinger’s research focuses on biomimetic nanoparticles, covering various fields from biochemical engineering, where he designs and tests these nanoparticles, to biomedical engineering, where he assesses their effectiveness against conditions like neurodegenerative diseases, brain injuries, and cancers.

“I was drawn to this journal because of its unwavering commitment to publishing ground breaking discoveries in pharmaceutical science and its awesome editorial board. I am hoping that publishing here will not be just about sharing your research; it will be about contributing to the future of medicine.”

Meet our Associate Editor, Xiaoxuan Liu

We are delighted to introduce you to our new RSC Pharmaceutics Associate Editor, Professor Xiaoxuan Liu.

Professor Xiaoxuan Liu is a Professor at the Center of Advanced Pharmaceuticals and Biomaterials in China Pharmaceutical University. Her research interest focuses on the development of novel dendrimer based nanosystems via modular self-assembling process for on-demand delivery of drugs and nucleic acid therapeutics in precision medicine.

Yvonne Perrie is a Professor in Drug Delivery within the Strathclyde Institute of Pharmacy and Biomedical Sciences, University of Strathclyde, Scotland. Professor Perrie’s research is multi-disciplinary and focuses on developing drug delivery systems to facilitate the delivery of drugs and vaccines, thus providing practical solutions for current healthcare problems.
