We are delighted to introduce you to Naved Malek, Audra Stinchcomb, Priyabrata Mukherjee, Wilson Poon, Emily Day and Anthony Hickey as part of our inaugural RSC Pharmaceutics Advisory Board!

Dr Naved Malek is an Associate Professor at the Ionic Liquids Research Laboratory in the Department of Chemistry at Sardar Vallabhbhai National Institute of Technology located in Surat, India.

Professor Audra L. Stinchcomb is currently a Professor in the School of Pharmacy at the University of Maryland in Baltimore, USA.

Professor Priyabrata Mukherjee is a PHF-Presidential Professor and a Professor of Pathology at University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. He is also a Peggy and Charles Stephenson Endowed Chair of Laboratory Cancer Research, Senior Director for Research Partnership and Collaboration at the Stephenson Cancer Center and Co-Director of the Nanomedicine Program.

Dr Wilson Poon is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Metallurgical, Materials and Biomedical Engineering at the University of Texas at El Paso

Dr Emily Day is currently an Associate Professor of Biomedical Engineering at the University of Delaware, in the USA.

Professor Anthony Hickey is Professor Emeritus in the Eshelman School of Pharmacy and Adjunct Professor in the Department of Biomedical Engineering of the School of Medicine of The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

RSC Pharmaceutics is a new forum addressing the demand for exchange of data, knowledge and ideas emerging from scientific and technological advances in novel therapeutic modalities, due to contemporary insights into the origins and mechanism of disease. Publications in the journal support the framework of understanding required to address the needs of disease therapy in the 21st Century.”- Professor Anthony Hickey

 

RSC Pharmaceutics is a new gold open access journal from the Royal Society of Chemistry and publishes research focused on formulating a drug into a medicine, with the intention of achieving controllable drug delivery with high efficacy. This journal is open for submissions.
