We are very excited to introduce you to Andy Lewis, Yahya Choonara, Dimitrios Lamprou, Raju Vivek, Lingling Shen and Hitesh Kulhar as part of the inaugural Advisory Board for RSC Pharmaceutics!

Dr Andy Lewis is Chief Scientific Officer, Quotient Sciences, UK. He has over 20 years experience working in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry focussed on advanced drug delivery technologies particularly protein and peptide drug delivery, solubility enhancement and controlled release.

Professor Yahya Choonara is part of Wits Advanced Drug Delivery Platform Research Unit, Department of Pharmacy and Pharmacology in the School of Therapeutic Science, Faculty of Health Sciences, University of the Witwatersrand located in Johannesburg, South Africa.

Professor Dimitrios Lamprou is a Full Professor (Chair) of Biofabrication and Advanced Manufacturing and Director at MSc Industrial Pharmaceutics at Queen’s University Belfast School of Pharmacy. He is also the Chair at United Kingdom and Ireland Controlled Release Society (UKICRS), Committee Member of the British Standards Institute (BSI) AMT/8 for Additive Manufacturing, and Visiting Professor in a number of international Institutions

Dr. Raju Vivek is an Assistant Professor of Bharathiar University located in India.

Dr Lingling Shen, is an Associate Director of Data Science and Discovery Sciences at Novartis Biomedical Research.

RSC Pharmaceutics is a new gold open access journal from the Royal Society of Chemistry and publishes research focused on formulating a drug into a medicine, with the intention of achieving controllable drug delivery with high efficacy. This journal is open for submissions.
