We are thrilled to announce that Industrial Chemistry & Materials (ICM) has been officially accepted as a member of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). Founded in 1997, COPE is a non-profit organization with over 10,000 members across various academic fields, dedicated to fostering a publishing culture where ethical practices are deeply ingrained and upheld as the norm.
For ICM, being part of COPE marks a significant step in reinforcing our journal’s commitment to ethical rigor and responsible publishing. It provides us with a framework to handle ethical challenges, ensuring that we maintain transparency, accountability, and fairness throughout the publication process. This membership enhances the credibility and trustworthiness of ICM within the global scientific community.
