September Crystal Clear – a diamond in the rough

This month’s Crystal Clear festures two different forms of dabcoHI ([C6H13N2]+I): an unsolvated crystal and a solvate in equilibrium in the diamond-anvil cell.

The striking image is taken from an article in the Molecular Solids at Extreme Pressure themed issue by Andrzej Katrusiak and Anna Olejniczak (Adam Mickiewicz University, Poland).
