The RSC Smart Materials series will provide accessible information on smart materials and its many uses including biomedical, electrical, electronic and magnetic applications to name a few. RSC Smart Materials will be led by Series Editors Professor Mohsen Shahinpoor, University of Maine, USA and Professor Hans-Jörg Schneider, Saarland University, Germany with the first titles due for publication in 2012.
