Meeting the Editors and Celebrating our Outstanding Reviewers at the Chinese Chemical Society Congress 2026!

The Royal Society of Chemistry was delighted to attend the Chinese Chemical Society Congress held in Chongqing, China on the 11th – 14th April 2026. At the congress, Dr Guanqun Song and Dr Manman Wang ran a ‘meet the editor’ session in coordination with Professor Jianbin Huang (Associate Editor for RSC Applied Interfaces) and Professor Xiaohui Qiu (Scientific Editor for Nanoscale Horizons), which included presentations introducing RSC Applied Interfaces and our companion journal RSC Applied Polymers. The Editorial Boards’ for each journal were introduced and some recent updates were presented, such as the announcement of our 2026 New Principal Investigators collection (explore our blog post here). Explore the photos from the presentations below!

Dr Guanqun Song and Professor Jianbin Huang give an overview of some of the RSC journals including RSC Applied Polymers and RSC Applied Interfaces.

Dr Manman Wang presents the New Principal Investigators collection running across Nanoscale Advances, Energy Advances, RSC Advances, Materials Advances and Environmental Science Advances.
