The 2nd Oxford Function Food Conference is being held at The Oxford Hotel from the 13th-14th November 2012!
The focus of the conference this year will be on functional foods and the role they play in helping to tackle obesity, diabetes and inflammation. The 2-day programme will include contributions from the UK, Europe, Canada and the US in the form of plenary lectures, symposium sessions and poster sessions.
