This latest RSC Publishing Platform update provides new and improved functionality for the Platform.
The majority of our recent developments focus on our forthcoming iPhone/iPad app, however we have been listening to your helpful comments on what you’d like to see on the Platform and we’re pleased to announce:
- Smooth scrolling journal homepages – we have fixed the depth of graphical abstracts so the page doesn’t jump if the abstract loads after you are viewing the page when scrolling down
- Next and Previous buttons – added on the article landing page for Advance Articles
- Book chapter access – improved signage to let you know whether or not you have access under your current purchase to book chapters
We also work closely with our Technical Support team to address reported issues regarding the Platform including occasional performance issues.
