Poster prize winners at IEEE NANO 2015

Many congratulations to Antonio Maffucci and Kyung Rok Kim for winning the Nanoscale Horizons poster prizes at IEEE NANO 2015.

Antonio, from  the University of Cassino and Southern Lazio, and Kyung Rok Kim, from Ulsan National Institute of Science and Technology, and their co-authors won prizes for their posters entitled “Carbon-Based Power Delivery Networks for Nanoscale ICs: Electrothermal Performance Analysis” and “FinHEMT: FinFET-based High Electron Mobility Transistor with Strained Silicon Channel”, respectively.

IEEE NANO 2015 took place from 27th to 30th July 2015 at the Angelicum Congress Centre, Rome,  Italy. The conference is organised by the University of Tor Vergata and Sapienza University of Rome, and aims to provide an international forum for the exchange of technical information in a wide variety of branches of nanotechnology and nanoscience, through feature tutorials, workshops, and track sessions; plenary and invited talks from the world most renowned scientists and engineers; exhibition of software, hardware, equipment, materials, services and literature.
